More than just the ingredients. Helpful hints and info about each drink . Really learned alot in the Definitions and Explanations section .
I treasure an aged volume of cocktail recipes from the 50's from our family home. This new work by Steve Carrow will easily replace that work & may be one of the best "looking" books I have ever owned. More than just recipes, this work is a true "how to " to preparing cocktails both old & new. Included are lovely illustrations on the tools any mixologist will use to wow friends, foes or even customers!
Highly recomended both for personal use or as the perfect gift to your "sipping" friends.
This is such a fun and useful book! It is my new favorite gift to give in a basket with the ingredients from some of my favorite recipes. Everyone has raved!
